this is not a simple trick , u need have a little bit of knowladge with the internet tool or simple photo editor software
and this trick only on .jpeg not .gif vers
first u need a google chrome latest vertion and then instal Hover photo zoom add ons
then sign in on twitter and find your target account , put the cursor on the picture and wait until the add ons do their job
after the add ons shown pic on zoom mode , just press the print screen button on your keyboard
and open the paint tools , press ctrl+v
( klik start > all program > accessories > paint )
don't forget to save that pic
open the photo editor tools ( i use photo scape) , and find the file and use the "croop" option
and save again
finaly u have a prof pic in the medium quality
